Custom built in 1957 in Bay Head New Jersey by the Hubert Johnson Company. The vessel is 24', the hull is 3/4" cedar lapstrake planking riveted to heavy oak ribs. Decks,windshield,coamings and seats are 3/4" mahogany. The floor decks and hatches are 3/4" teak. This boat has been professionally restored for ease of maintenance. Hull sides are interlux white.The mahogany and teak is finished with Cetol marine"no sand finish". The engine is a 225 HP Chrysler Hemi with reduction gears.
 
The vessel comes with a custom-built tandem axle bunked trailer with brakes and removable uprights. Loads and unloads in 10 minutes. 
This vessel was custom built for a client in 1957 and first found it's home in Pittsburgh PA. The boat was designed for off shore crusing and is  extremely sea worthy and great for families or the sportsman. The boat has had four owners and was donated to Cornell University where it sat in their boat house  for a number of years untill being professionally restored between 1998 and 1999
